Birth is a transformation, and an invitation to do it however feels right for YOU. Birth is a life experience that you will always remember. I have witnessed hundreds of births and the evidence is there, to have the most positive experience possible includes continuous support with a team that makes you feel safe, loved, heard and respected.

I educate clients with the latest evidence-based practices. When clients are contemplating their options, this may greatly support them in making informed decisions for themselves and their family throughout pregnancy, birth & postpartum.

Experience
Everyone comes into birth with their own life experiences. My goal is to support clients in advocating for themselves during pregnancy, birth and postpartum, in hopes for them to have their most empowered experience.

Execution
Supporting clients with hands-on tools while practicing “the stages of labor” together is one of my most favorite things to teach. My goal is that after our time together you and your birth team will feel empowered and confident when the day comes to welcome your baby.
